Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in a timely and professional manner.

Resolve customer issues and **escalate** complex cases when necessary.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Provide product/service information clearly and accurately.

Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and service processes.

Important for Latin America: U.S. residency and work permits are not required.

Requirements

Fluent English (spoken and written) — required.

Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or BPO environments preferred.

Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.

Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace (remote role).
