Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Oracle Data Conversion Lead / Data Conversion PMO Lead to support a major Oracle ERP implementation initiative.
The idóneo candidate will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and driving end-to-end data conversion activities in collaboration with IT teams, business stakeholders, Oracle functional consultants, and technical teams.
This role requires a strong understanding of Oracle ERP environments, data migration/conversion processes, project coordination, and data quality management. The individual will serve as a key point of coordination to ensure data conversion activities progress according to plan, data quality standards are maintained, and all deliverables are completed within established project timelines.
Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate overall data conversion activities for the Oracle ERP implementation.
Work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, Oracle functional consultants, and technical teams.
Organize and conduct regular data conversion follow-up meetings with relevant stakeholders.
Track conversion progress, milestones, action items, dependencies, and outstanding issues.
Monitor data quality, accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity throughout the conversion process.
Ensure data conversion activities are executed according to project timelines and agreed-upon milestones.
Coordinate source-to-target data mapping, data cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation activities.
Follow up with functional and technical teams to resolve data-related issues, gaps,



and discrepancies.
Monitor mock data conversions, testing cycles, SIT, UAT, and production cutover readiness.
Maintain conversion trackers, status reports, RAID logs, issue logs, and project documentation.
Identify potential risks, delays, and dependencies and escalated them to project leadership.
Ensure appropriate governance and communication across all data conversion workstreams.
Provide regular progress updates to project management and delivery leadership.
Drive accountability across teams to ensure timely completion of data conversion deliverables.
Required Qualifications & Experience 10+ years of overall IT experience, with significant experience in Oracle ERP environments.
Strong experience supporting Oracle ERP implementation, data migration, or data conversion projects.
Understanding of end-to-end data conversion and migration methodologies.
Experience coordinating data conversion activities across business, functional, and technical teams.
Strong experience in project coordination, PMO activities, stakeholder management, and progress tracking.
Understanding of data quality, data validation, data integrity, and reconciliation processes.
Experience managing project milestones, deliverables, action items, and dependencies.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to drive follow-ups, manage multiple workstreams, and ensure timely execution.
Preferred Technical Knowledge Oracle data migration and conversion tools such as FBDI, ADFdi, HDL, and other relevant data-loading interfaces.
SQL and ETL concepts.
Data cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
Mock conversions, SIT, UAT, and production cutover.
