Bosch Group is seeking an 8D team leader for manufacturing customer complaints (FA/SMT). You will maintain the QA matrix and Q tools, coordinate corrective actions to reduce complaints, and share lessons learned to drive sustainability across processes.
You will also aim to improve FA/SMT systems, reduce IDC and FOR, and perform LPA and 6S reviews on the production floor while reinforcing quality controls in collaboration with SMT/FA teams.
