About the Job: Create and maintain basic production schedules to support customer demand and operational requirements.
Process and monitor MRP messages to ensure timely material availability and production execution.
Collect and analyze production data and system inputs required for schedule creation and maintenance.
Track special customer requests, expedited orders, and priority production commitments.
Monitor production performance and follow up on schedule adherence to support on-time delivery.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve potential supply or production constraints.
Establish production priorities and sequencing to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
Support inventory accuracy and material planning activities through ERP/MRP systems.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, scheduling, and operational performance.
About You: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering,



Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
1+ year of experience in Production Planning, Scheduling, Supply Chain, or related manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of MRP concepts and production planning processes.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Experience working with ERP/MRP systems is preferred.
Conversational English proficiency preferred.
