Key Responsibilities Greet and engage customers, identifying their needs and providing personalized product recommendations.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
Educate customers on product features, benefits, and current promotions.
Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Maintain knowledge of current inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment on the sales floor.
Ensure the sales floor is well‑organized, visually appealing, and adheres to merchandising standards.
Handle customer inquiries, issues, and returns professionally and efficiently.
Build rapport and lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
