Remote Talent Acquisition Manager
Our client is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Remote Talent Acquisition Manager to lead their recruitment efforts. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization. You will play a critical role in shaping the company's talent pipeline, enhancing employer branding, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role requires a proactive leader with a deep understanding of the national job market, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in managing diverse recruitment processes.



The focus will be on building a high-performing team and driving recruitment success through data-driven insights and best practices, all from a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.

Lead and mentor a remote team of recruiters and talent sourcers.

Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for all open positions, from sourcing to onboarding.

Leverage data analytics to track key recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure alignment on hiring needs
