The Auxiliar General de Piso supports the area of furniture and warehouse in the 14 Generales e Intendencia department. The role involves direct interaction with customers, ensuring product placement follows visual standards, maintaining inventory accuracy, and collaborating with the manager to keep operations efficient and safe.
Assist the area manager in daily operations of the furniture and warehouse sections.
Provide courteous and prompt assistance to customers seeking product information or help.
Arrange and restock merchandise on the sales floor according to planograms.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floor, aisles, and storage areas.
Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies to the manager.
Prepare and load merchandise for customer pickup or delivery.
Operate material handling equipment (e.g.,



pallet jack, hand truck) safely.
Support promotional setups and seasonal displays as required.
High school diploma or equivalent; secondary education preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, warehouse, or customer service.
Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
Ability to lift and move items up to 50kg safely.
Basic computer literacy (inventory systems, POS).
Knowledge of safety procedures for material handling.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Team player with a proactive and organized work style.
