Trolley is seeking a senior leader to own our integral talent operations for a client program. You will manage a multi-functional team including Account Managers, Administrators and recruiters, owning the unit P&L;, budget, and service delivery across a $2.5M–$5M workforce cost.
You’ll report to the CEO and collaborate with finance, People, and Legal leaders to align terms and budgets. You will design workforce plans, supervise payroll and contractor payments, and manage onboarding/offboarding,
