We are on the lookout for a dedicated Middle Communications Specialist to become a valued part of our remote team. As a Communications Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in harmonizing and enhancing communications across multiple squads of our client. Your key function is to leverage your proficiency in communication, technology, and innovation to craft impactful communication collateral, devise innovative communication strategies and implement training programs to cultivate effective communication practices.
Responsibilities Generate and develop compelling communication collateral, encompassing written content, visuals, and multimedia materials
Direct communication initiatives that foster innovation within the organization
Conduct training sessions aimed at honing the communication skills of team members
Work closely with various squads to ensure cohesive and consistent communication strategies
Design and implement communication plans for diverse projects and initiatives
Enhance internal communication efforts, promoting engagement and transparency in the organization
Manage and engage communities across different platforms, enhancing interaction and participation




Spearhead internal campaigns aimed at bolstering communication effectiveness
Supervise the dissemination of communication materials to relevant stakeholders
Monitor, analyze and report the effectiveness of communication efforts, make necessary adjustments to strategies based on outcomes
Requirements At least 2 years of relevant experience in the field of communication
Proficiency in utilizing communication tools and software
Solid experience in developing and executing innovative communication strategies
Proficiency in communications planning and execution
Experience in managing online communities, ensuring active engagement and interaction
Excellent internal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to maintain clear and coherent messaging
Familiarity with managing campaigns, preferably within the financial services sector
Strong command over the English language with a minimum level of B2+
Nice to have A background in technology, IT, innovation, or startups
Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms
