Redial BPO in Mexicali is seeking Debt Collections agents to contact individuals and organizations with outstanding debts and arrange repayment. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, plus a solid understanding of applicable laws and company policies. You will identify and track debts, contact debtors, negotiate payment plans, and follow up to ensure adherence.
The team operates Monday through Friday at Av. Gral.
