Job Description IT Helpdesk acts as the first responder for our end userswho need technical assistance. We strive to provide the best experiencepossible understanding how stressful a situation can be to our users who cannotconduct business due to technical challenges. If we are not able to resolve thetechnical issues, we will ensure to route the support request to the propergroup who can resolve the issue.
As Jr Tech role, the main activities are to provide adviceand support end-users, answering queries and addressing system and user issuesin a timely and professional manner.
1. Keeping inventory accurate and assessing therequirement for IT equipment
2. Managing laptop/desktop imaging andconfiguration, desk setups, equipment distribution and collection.
3. Work with supplier warranty to repair ITequipment.
4. Attends the resolution of doubts or requests forinformation of the users.
5. Resolve basic tickets.
6. Provide Maintenance on equipment's whichinclude:
Hardware partsreplacement.
Software installations andupdates.




Physical maintenance ofequipment's.
Backup information.
Structured cable basictroubleshooting.
Telephony basic Support.
7. If needed move equipment's from one location toanother.
8. Other IT related functions and projects asrequested that are not limited to daily support.
Requirements Education Level: University/ College
Advanced English Level
Computer knowledge: Windows, Office: Word, Excel, Power Point & SocialMedia
Specializedknowledge: Basicexperience in Helpdesk IT Contact Call center, Service Now knowledge or any other ticket handling system.
