Overview of Role:
The HR Jr. Specialist supports daily HR operations, assisting with employee records, recruitment processes, and HR compliance tasks. This entry-level role provides foundational HR experience and development opportunities.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.

Coordinating perfect attendance events

Help with employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate HR team members

Assist in organizing HR events and employee engagement activities.

Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1 year of HR experience (internships included).





Strong attention to detail andorganizational skills.

Basic knowledge of labor laws andHR functions.

Excellent communication andteamwork skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
