Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Monitor social media channels for industry trends, relevant conversations, and opportunities for engagement.
Analyze social media data and metrics to track campaign performance, identify insights, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Engage with followers, respond to comments and queries in a timely and professional manner, and foster a positive community.




Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, product) to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance optimization.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, technologies, and emerging platforms.
Requirements Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in Spanish.
Demonstrable experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
Deep understanding of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
Creative thinking with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
Experience with social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
