You will resolve complex incidents, perform root cause analysis, and maintain secure, well-governed environments across Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.
The role requires strong technical skills, ITIL-aligned incident/problem/change management, and excellent communication with stakeholders.
