OVERVIEW:
The Document Control Specialist is responsible for processing engineering and marketing documents. Maintain accuracy of ERP system and support engineering team in clerical work.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Process ECO’s (Engineering Change Order), Deviations and PDE’s (Product Data Entry) requests.

Distribute prints and maintain electronic drawings and file history.

Implement document changes.

Prepares new Bill of Materials (BOM), makes changes to existing BOM’s and maintains BOM database.

Deliver training to coworkers.

Support other projects within the Customer Service Group.

Coordinate product verification testing (Quality Monitoring Testing - QMT).

Coordinate engineering pilot builds.

Coordinate sample shipment to internal and external customers.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:





Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English to communicate with external and internal customers, or other groups within the company.

Must have flexibility to work within a schedule that may include 12hrs/day operations and different work schedules, may include weekends.

Proactive problem-solving approach.

Experience with MS Office tools.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

BS or BA degree in a technical or a related field.

1+ years of experience in a similar role.

Ability working with high-end technical troubleshooting support groups.

Advanced computer skills.

Oracle Fusion experience is highly desirable.

Previous experience in Irrigation Systems.

Project management skills.

Customer oriented.
