Job Responsibilities Participate in a structured training program covering various aspects of supervisory duties, company policies, and operational procedures.
Shadow experienced supervisors to observe and learn best practices in team leadership, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Assist in coordinating daily team activities, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion.
Learn to identify and address operational issues, escalating complex problems to senior management as needed.
Develop an understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to achieving departmental goals.
Support the implementation of company initiatives and process improvements.
Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and collaboration.
Complete all assigned training modules and assessments to demonstrate competency.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Job Qualifications Active student (e.g., IT Industrial Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
Strong interest in developing leadership and supervisory skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Proactive and eager to learn with a strong work ethic.




Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Requirements: Internship duration of 6 to 12 months, active student status, and continuous coverage under a student medical insurance policy throughout the entire period.
