Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Finance Director to own finance end to end and lead people operations for a remote US digital agency of 30–40 people. You will report to ownership as the senior finance person and run the function independently.
You will manage accounting close, cash, payables, receivables, FP&A; forecasts, and unit economics, while also overseeing onboarding and payroll for a integral remote workforce. Strong English and spreadsheet skills are essential.
