AMETEK Reynosa is in search for a Human Resources Professional to fill an important role within the organization. This position is a Shared Services resource that supports all Divisions & BU's located in the facility. The ideal candidate will be an HR Generalist with a broad understanding of Human Resources processes and a strong service-oriented mindset. The role will provide day-to-day HR support across multiple areas, including recruitment, employee services, HRIS administration, training, compliance, employee relations, and general HR operations.
Responsibilities Provide general HR support to employees, supervisors, and managers across the Divisions and Business Units located at the facility.
Support recruitment activities for direct positions.
Support the administration and continuous improvement of HR processes, programs, and initiatives.
Maintain and support HRIS systems, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely employee information.
Coordinate and follow up on employee services, including transportation and cafeteria services.
Support training activities and HR requirements related to quality management systems, including documentation and follow-up.
Assist with employee relations activities, providing follow-up to HR actions as required.
Support government inspections, audits, and compliance activities, including applicable requirements from IMSS, STPS, and INM.
Prepare and maintain HR documentation, records, reports, and employee information as required.
Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service, efficiency, and employee experience.
Maintain schedule flexibility to support different work shifts, including weekends or holidays, when business needs require it.
Perform other general Human Resources activities as assigned.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.
General knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, personnel administration, employee services, training, and employee relations.
Experience using or supporting HRIS systems and maintaining employee information.
Basic knowledge of Mexican HR regulatory requirements, including IMSS, STPS, and INM.
Familiarity with HR practices within a Mexican manufacturing environment; exposure to a unionized environment is preferred.
Experience supporting quality systems and training requirements from an HR perspective.
Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and to reduce costs. The successful candidate must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs.
