Key Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
Work on ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.
Create and manage Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
Develop workflows and automate business processes.
Integrate ServiceNow with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.
Experience with ITSM, ITOM, or CMDB.
Knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Workflows.
Understanding of REST APIs and integrations.
