Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a diverse range of roles across multiple clients.




Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates through various online channels and networking.
Conduct thorough candidate screening, including interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide market insights, and guide them through the hiring process.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies effectively.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment consulting, or agency recruitment.
Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates for various roles, including specialized positions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using ATS and various online sourcing tools.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and the current labor market.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity in a remote setting.
Experience working in a fully remote environment is highly preferred.
Familiarity with the Mexican job market is a plus.
