What are we looking for?
Manage low to medium complexity projects, ensuring agreed objectives with the client and monitoring the plan and schedule.
Monitor KPIs and project commitments within their scope, escalating significant deviations.
Apply and adapt the defined methodological approach for the project, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Identify and manage operational risks within their scope, proposing corrective actions and escalating high-impact situations.
Lead the operational relationship with the client within their scope, managing expectations and providing structured periodic reporting.
Coordinate the team assigned to the project, planning tasks and assignments based on priorities, capabilities, and workload.
Estimate efforts and develop the project plan within their scope, ensuring consistency between scope, deadlines, and resources.
Perform basic economic monitoring of the project (hours, progress, and deviations from the budget).
Collaborate in defining the solution (requirements, deliverables, acceptance criteria) with technical leads.




Participate in pre-sales activities, proposals, and opportunity generation, providing input within their scope.
Contribute to the proper functioning of the team, fostering a collaborative environment and continuous improvement in the project context.
