Workplace Experience Coordinator

Mexico City
on an onsite basis.

The Workplace Experience Coordinator will report to the Sr. Manager, Workplace Experience to continually evolve Scopely's employee experience in Mexico City. To thrive in this role, you will need to be a forward-thinking and self-motivated individual with the ability to manage multiple, varied tasks under tight deadlines.
You'll be at the centre of our workplace operations—owning day-to-day facilities management, enhancing the employee experience, and bringing our culture to life through thoughtful events and seamless office operations. You'll act as a trusted partner across teams, ensuring our workplace is efficient, welcoming, and built for a fast-moving tech environment.
What You Will Do:
Act as the primary point of contact for all workplace-related needs, ensuring employees feel supported and heard.
Create a welcoming, inclusive, and high-performing office environment.
Partner with the People Team and site leadership to continuously elevate employee experience.
Oversee daily facilities operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently




Manage vendor relationships, building operations, and maintenance services
Drive workplace safety, compliance, and space optimisation initiatives
Plan and execute engaging office events, team activities, and studio-wide moments
Manage logistics end-to-end, from vendor coordination to on-site execution
Support initiatives that strengthen connection, collaboration, and team morale
Manage budgets related to workplace, facilities, and events with a focus on impact and efficiency
Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and scale operations
Proactively solve problems in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
What We're Looking For:
4+ years of experience in workplace operations, facilities coordination, office management, or a related field.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing responsibilities and meet deadlines.
Experience coordinating facilities operations, workplace services, and external vendors.
Hands-on experience planning and delivering employee events or workplace engagement activities.
Experience tracking operational budgets and managing workplace-related expenses.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
A proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.




Ability and willingness to responsibly use AI-supported tools to improve administrative efficiency, workplace coordination, and routine operational workflows.
Curiosity about new technologies and opportunities to simplify processes, improve productivity, and support employee experience.
Bonus Points:
Experience opening, scaling, or relocating office spaces
Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements in Mexico
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
