Lead Requirements Analysis EngineerWhat You Will DoThe Lead Requirement Engineer will be responsible for capturing, analyzing, and documenting product/system requirements for various projects. Maintain and update the requirement traceability matrix to ensure alignment across all project phases.
Participate in design reviews, testing, and validation to ensure systems meet defined requirements.
Mentor team members in requirement analysis and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Master's degree preferred.
Proficiency in coding (Python, R, or MATLAB) and experience with tools like JAMA, DOORS, or JIRA.e of agile methodologies and project management practices.
