Freight Dispatcher, your primary responsibility is to connect available trucks with suitable shipments.

Responsabilidades

Find Loads: Search freight load boards for available shipments matching drivers’ locations, equipment types, schedules, and preferred routes.

Communicate With Brokers: Contact freight brokers to obtain shipment details, including pickup and delivery locations, freight requirements, and offered rates.

Negotiate Rates: Negotiate with brokers to secure the highest possible freight rate for our drivers.

Coordinate With Drivers: Present shipment opportunities to drivers and confirm whether they accept the proposed rates and conditions.

Book Shipments: Once the driver agrees, coordinate with the broker to secure the shipment and confirm the booking.

Maintain Communication: Keep drivers, brokers, and internal team members informed throughout the dispatch

Requisitos

English proficiency: Minimum 70% conversational English proficiency, including the ability to communicate with U.S.-based brokers and drivers.

Computer skills: Must be comfortable using computers, websites, email, and multiple software applications.

Communication: Must enjoy speaking with people, negotiating,



and building professional relationships.

Multitasking: Ability to manage several drivers and shipments simultaneously.

Problem-solving: Must be organized, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude: Motivated to learn, improve, and earn more through performance.

Experience: Previous experience in trucking, dispatching, freight brokerage, sales, or logistics is a plus but not mandatory.

Ventajas

Months 1–3: Probation & Training

Base salary: $400 USD per month

Commission: 2% of gross freight revenue on eligible booked shipments

Month 4 Onward: Commission-Based Compensation

Commission: 3% of gross freight revenue on eligible booked shipments

No fixed base salary under the proposed structure

Earnings depend on the number of shipments booked and their freight rates

Greater productivity creates greater earning potential

How Commission Works

Example Shipment: Los Angeles, CA → Salt Lake City, UT

Estimated transit time: 1 day

Example freight rate: $3,000 USD
