Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven track record of significant research contributions in Explainable AI (XAI), with publications in leading conferences and journals.
- Deep theoretical understanding of machine learning algorithms, particularly deep learning models.
- Expertise in developing and applying methods for model interpretability and explainability (e.g., LIME, SHAP, attention mechanisms).
- Proficiency in Python and common ML/XAI libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Captum).
- Experience leading research projects and mentoring team members.
