We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operations within the automotive industry in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León.

This is a key leadership position responsible for the overall performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of multiple technical areas across the plant.

Areas under this position:

- Plastic Injection Molding Equipment
- Assembly Lines & Secondary Equipment
- Paint Lines
- Paint Booths / Paint Shops
- Tool Room & Mold Maintenance
- Facilities & Plant Infrastructure
- MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations)

The Maintenance Manager will have direct responsibility for these areas and will lead their respective teams, ensuring equipment reliability, operational continuity, preventive and corrective maintenance, cost control,



and continuous improvement.

- Maintenance Management experience within the automotive industry

- mold maintenance and tool room operations
- facilities and plant infrastructure
- MRO management, spare parts and maintenance resources
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Advanced English proficiency
