Responsibilities del Puesto

- Realizar inspecciones visuales y dimensionales de materias primas, productos en proceso y productos terminados utilizando herramientas de medición adecuadas (calibradores, micrómetros, etc.).
- Verificar el cumplimiento de los productos con planos, especificaciones técnicas y estándares de calidad internos y externos.
- Documentar los resultados de las inspecciones, incluyendo la identificación de defectos, no conformidades y acciones correctivas sugeridas.
- Colaborar con los equipos de producción para investigar las causas raíz de los problemas de calidad y apoyar la implementación de soluciones.
- Mantener registros precisos y actualizados de los datos de calidad.
- Participar en la calibración y mantenimiento de los equipos de inspección.
- Contribuir a la mejora continua de los procesos de calidad.
- Cumplir con las políticas de seguridad y calidad de la empresa.

Cualificaciones del Puesto

- Educación secundaria completa; se valorará formación técnica en control de calidad, manufactura o campo relacionado.
- Experiencia previa de al menos 1-2 años en un rol de inspección de calidad en un contexto de manufactura, preferiblemente en la industria relevante para Vichisa, S.A. de C.V.
- Conocimiento de herramientas y técnicas de medición (calibradores, micrómetros,



medidores de altura, etc.).
- Capacidad para leer e interpretar planos técnicos y especificaciones.
- Atención al detalle y habilidad para identificar defectos visuales y dimensionales.
- Habilidades básicas de computación para el registro de datos (ej. Microsoft Excel).
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.
- Comunicación efectiva oral y escrita.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos si es requerido.
