About the Role

Our client is seeking a passionate and skilled Especialista en Inbound Marketing Remoto to drive qualified leads and customer engagement. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Mexico. You will be responsible for developing and implementing inbound marketing strategies, including content creation, SEO, social media, email marketing, and marketing automation, to attract, engage, and delight target audiences. The idóneo candidate possesses a deep understanding of the inbound methodology, strong content creation skills, and proficiency in marketing automation tools. You will continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive inbound marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content (blog posts, ebooks, webinars, social media updates) to attract target audiences.
- Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
- Manage social media presence and engage with the online community.
- Analyze inbound marketing campaign performance, track key metrics (website traffic, leads, conversion rates), and provide actionable insights.




- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest inbound marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Identify target audience personas and tailor content and campaigns to their needs and pain points.
- Optimize website user experience to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Requirements

- Proven experience as an Inbound Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of the inbound marketing methodology and its various components (attract, engage, delight).
- Excellent content creation, copywriting, and editing skills.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices and keyword research.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems.
- Experience with social media management and engagement.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
