Summary

Provide all design services to the RE team for site propossals to present in approval meetings . Ensure designs incorporate safe access, egress, signage and parking . Support Maintenace team with drawings and designs for special Projects

Position Responsibilities

-

- Support RE team providing site plans for the site under negociation, prepare store drawings and photomontage representacion for approval meetings

- Provide Planogram layouts and photomontage representacion for remodeles to be presented for approval meeting

- Design preeliminary layouts, photomontage representacionand and complete projects for special construction projects such as regional offices, Hubs, resets etc

- Provide the construction team with the drawings for the graphis

- Support RE team with visits to complicated site such a remodels.





- Support Maintenace Team with drawings for special projects on opened stores such as changes in parking lot design, signage changes etc.

Position Requirements

-

- Level of Formal Education: An Associate's degree (two-year program) or equivalent formal training program.

- Area of Study: Architectural Technology/Engineering

- Years of Experience: One to two years.

- Type of Experience: Architectural (Site planning, construction documents)/Civil Engineering

- Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Computer Aided Drafting (CAD)-Use of softwares Phothoshop -Sketchup or other Design softwares
