As a Customer Service Assistant, you will support daily operations by ensuring important information is reviewed, handled, and completed accurately and on time. This entry-level role provides an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in research, data analysis, process execution, and working with specialized systems and tools.
You will be responsible for reviewing assigned cases, gathering and validating information, and completing activities according to established processes and quality guidelines. The position requires a strong eye for detail, the ability to follow instructions effectively, and good judgment to recognize incomplete or inconsistent information that may require further investigation or escalation.
We are looking for someone who is curious, adaptable, and motivated to grow. You should feel comfortable asking questions, learning from feedback, and collaborating with others to achieve common goals. With continuous training and support from the team, you will develop your technical knowledge, improve your problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, and become increasingly independent in managing your responsibilities.
Your work will play an important role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently, while contributing to high standards of service quality, productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Partner with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support common business goals.
- Manage assigned cases from review through completion, using the appropriate systems, tools, and resources.
- Examine information thoroughly to confirm accuracy and identify missing details, discrepancies, or potential concerns.
- Maintain complete and reliable records of all activities and case-related information.
- Follow established processes, work instructions, and quality guidelines to ensure consistent results.
- Recognize cases that require additional review and elevate them to the appropriate team or contact when necessary.
- Communicate questions, issues, or concerns clearly and in a timely manner.
- Deliver work in line with established expectations for accuracy, productivity, quality, and response time.
- Incorporate feedback, training, and process changes into daily activities to continuously strengthen performance.
What qualifications will make you successful:
- Ability to quickly learn and become comfortable with new systems, tools, and changing processes.
- Detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on accurate documentation and issue tracking.
- Team-focused attitude with a willingness to collaborate and contribute to shared goals.
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail when completing assigned tasks.
- Ability to clearly understand and carry out written and verbal directions.
- Basic analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with others.
- Self-motivated approach with a willingness to take ownership and show initiative.
- Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities, processes, and systems.
- Receptive to coaching and constructive feedback, with the ability to apply it effectively.
- Genuine interest in continuous learning and professional growth.
- Comfortable working within defined processes, guidelines, and structured workflows.
- General computer proficiency and the ability to quickly become familiar with new applications, systems, and digital tools.
