Bluelight is a leading software consultancy seeking an Account Executive to win new business with US-based startups and enterprises. You'll own the full sales cycle from discovery to signed agreement, selling software development, AI, cloud, and nearshore engineering services.

You will build pipelines, run consultative discovery with senior decision-makers, and collaborate with delivery teams. This remote role offers rewards and growth in a fast-growing nearshore environment.
