Databricks is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to act as a trusted advisor within the Forward Deployed Engineering organization for LATAM accounts. You will independently lead large, complex, cross-functional programs across multiple workstreams with minimal oversight to drive value realization for customers.
You will drive full-cycle PS&T; program sales, identify upsell opportunities, and align with regional growth targets, partnering with Sales and GTM teams.
