ensuring successfulonboarding and activationBuild trust with potential users and guide them through the registration,verification, and initial setup flowsClearly communicate project’s value, benefits, and expectationsOptimize the onboarding journey by improving conversion rates and minimizingdrop-offs across the funnelEnsure users are consistently contactable and responsive, addressing anyblockers in a timely mannerWork closely with internal teams to improve conversion efficiency and userquality Requirements:Spanish native or at least C2, English B1+Ability to work with big loads of leads daily in various social media channelsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trustand influence users effectivelyResults-driven mindset with a focus on conversion, retention, and performancemetricsAbility to work independently and comfortable working in a fast-pace &target-driven; environmentPro-active approach with the desire to contribute to the project
