- Arrange and restock merchandise on the sales floor according to planograms.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floor, aisles, and storage areas.
- Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies to the manager.
- Prepare and load merchandise for customer pickup or delivery.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g.,



pallet jack, hand truck) safely.
- Support promotional setups and seasonal displays as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; secondary education preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, warehouse, or customer service.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50kg safely.
- Basic computer literacy (inventory systems, POS).
- Knowledge of safety procedures for material handling.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Team player with a proactive and organized work style.
