Key Responsibilities





- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accuracy of inventory records.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and operations teams to manage stock replenishment.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to improve efficiency and safety.
- Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment as needed.
- Analyze inventory data to identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and recommend disposition strategies.
- Generate regular reports on inventory status, accuracy, and warehouse performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations within the warehouse environment.
- Assist in the receiving and put-away process for incoming goods.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
- Proven experience with inventory management systems (WMS) and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Experience working in a logistics environment in Tijuana, Baja California is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Spanish is sufficient.
