At Thirty Three Threads, lead the comprehensive overhaul and governance of the company’s Quality Control & Quality Assurance (QC/QA) system from the ground up. This role oversees and audits inspection processes, process mapping, and SOP compliance across the entire operational chain: Mexico warehouse operations, manufacturing vendors, CoBrand production, and 3PL partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Process Design & Governance: Redesign and standardize the entire quality system, developing SOPs, process maps, inspection criteria, and defect classification standards for inbound, outbound, rework, and production workflows.
- QC Operational Leadership: Coordinate daily inspections, ensuring adherence to AQL standards, measurement tolerances, and packaging specifications. Lead QC inspectors, production QC staff, rework teams, and govern GGlobal QC support.
- Vendor Quality Assurance (QA): Monitor manufacturing and supplier quality performance, conduct process audits, build corrective action plans, and provide feedback to drive down defect rates.
- Metrics & Analytics (KPIs): Define and track key performance indicators such as defect rate, rework percentage, documentation accuracy,



and vendor quality scorecards for monthly leadership reviews.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Ensure operational consistency and streamlined communication across Warehouse Operations, Production Control, Inventory Control, and Logistics.

Key Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 to 7 years in QC/QA or manufacturing quality roles (apparel/textile industry preferred).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading inspection teams and establishing a culture of compliance and SOP adherence.
- Systems: Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and quality documentation tools.
- Languages: Fluent bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish) are required.
- Availability & Travel:
- Valid U.S. travel visa.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% (Vista office visits, vendor sites, U.S., or international corporate meetings).
- Schedule flexibility to join early-morning or late-night calls with international partners (Asia/Europe).
