Job Description:

Provide efficient and professional food and beverage service, creating memorable experiences for our owners by anticipating their lifestyle needs through commitment, passion, continuous improvement, and adherence to the highest standards of service, quality, and hygiene.

Responsibilities:

- Actively and proactively support Servers A and B, as needed within the department and during the applicable shift.




- Responsible for completing opening and closing duties for each department in accordance with established procedures and standards.
- Know the service sequence for their position and for each food and beverage outlet to which they are assigned within Twin Dolphin.
- Support events and banquets as required.
- Be familiar with owners' lifestyle needs and preferences, including handling allergies, intolerances, or religious considerations.
- Responsible for staying up-to-date with any changes or additions to the Food and Beverage menus.
- Provide exceptional service to owners, guests, vendors, visitors, and team members.
- Perform assigned tasks with care and dedication, contributing to the mission and aligning with organizational values.

Training and Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in hotels, ultra-luxury developments, or fine dining restaurants
- Knowledge and handling of the “Distintivo H” (H Distinction) hygiene standards
- Willingness to relocate to Los Cabos
- Minimum education: high school diploma
- Availability for rotating shifts
- Level of English: INTER 3
