Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead in San Jose Iturbide, Guanajuato, Mexico. You will drive structured systems to boost plant productivity, lead high-impact projects using DMAIC and Lean tools, and push forward digital transformation through a 5-year Smart Factory roadmap.

You will also ensure FP&R;, safety, and quality standards, build capability with 5S, AI-driven predictive maintenance, and mentor teams across the site. English proficiency is required.
