We're Hiring: Senior Collaboration Engineer – Microsoft Teams & Zoom

We are looking for an experienced Senior Collaboration Engineer with strong hands‑on expertise in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, and Zoom administration.

The adecuado candidate will have experience managing enterprise collaboration platforms, troubleshooting technical issues, automating administrative tasks, and supporting collaboration platform migrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, and Zoom environments.
- Provide L1/L2 technical support and troubleshoot collaboration, conferencing, audio, and video issues.
- Manage user accounts, licenses, access permissions, and platform policies.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks.
- Support enterprise collaboration migrations, including planning, execution, and post-migration activities.
- Assist with user onboarding, platform adoption, and collaboration transformation initiatives.
- Work closely with identity, infrastructure, and IT teams to support SSO and access management.
- Ensure platform stability, performance, and a seamless end-user experience.





Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in collaboration engineering or unified communications.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, and Zoom administration.
- Solid L1/L2 troubleshooting experience in enterprise collaboration environments.
- Practical experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Knowledge of user management, licensing, permissions, and policy administration.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, and identity management.

Preferred Qualifications

- Direct experience with Microsoft Teams and/or Zoom migration projects.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale collaboration migrations and deployments.
- Exposure to migration planning, execution, validation, and post-migration support.
- Experience with enterprise collaboration onboarding and transformation initiatives.

Important: Candidates with hands‑on Microsoft Teams/Zoom migration experience will be given preference over candidates whose experience is primarily limited to general service desk support.
