We are looking for an Junior SAP Retail & SAP CAR Analyst for one of our biggest client.

This opportunity is 100% remote but the candidate needs to be based in Mexico.

The candidate should be able to support daily business operations, issue resolution, system monitoring, and enhancement activities across retail and customer activity reporting processes. This role will work closely with business users, SAP functional teams, and technical teams to support sales, inventory, pricing, promotions, POS integration, and retail transaction processing.

The candidate should have basic knowledge of SAP Retail, Inventory / Sales processes, and exposure to SAP CAR (Customer Activity Repository) concepts such as sales transaction flow, POS data, and retail reporting.

He should be willing to work in EST Working hours.

SAP Retail Functional Ownership -

- Inventory movements
- Store returns processing
- Store Physical inventory
- Delivery and goods movement issues
- Pricing and promotion data flow

SAP CAR Functional Ownership -

- POS transaction flow
- Sales and transaction data monitoring
- Basic transaction troubleshooting
- Reconciliation between source systems and SAP
- Help monitor retail transaction interfaces between:
- SAP Retail
- SAP CAR
- Other downstream systems

- Support issue investigation related to missing or failed retail transactions.
- Handle L2/L3 support tickets with detailed RCA and permanent fix implementation.
- Daily monitoring Interfaces failures and action on failed transactions.
- Work exclusively on P1, P2, P3 & P4 tickets on defined SLA




- Investigate and resolve tickets related to:

- Article/site extension issues
- Delivery and goods movement errors
- Physical inventory document issues

- Work with senior analysts and developers to identify root cause and resolution.
- Review Functional Specifications for WRICEF developments.
- Participate and manage end-to-end testing: SIT, UAT, Regression.
- Work closely with FI, Supply Chain, and Master Data teams.
- Ensure smooth flow across POS, SAP CAR to FMS systems
- Troubleshoot failed transaction, Red lights, IDoc failures.
- Collaborate to work with Kering Sales Audit, Inventory control, Finance team, Kering AMS team and ensuring business continuity.

3-6 years' experience in SAP Retail and CAR with strong expertise in:

- Retail Store Operations and Integration with Supply Chain
- Retail Pricing and promotion
- Store Inventory management and process control
- POS and SAP Systems integration
- Debugging and log analysis skills (optional but preferred)
- Experience writing Functional specification for interfaces, IDOCs, BAPIs, SAP enhancements (BADIs/user exits)
- Understanding of custom tables, batch jobs, workflow triggers
- IDOC monitoring and error-handling
- Excellent communication (Functional + Business-facing)
- Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage high-severity issues

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP Certification in SAP Retail/CAR
- Domain experience in Retail, Fashion, Manufacturing.
