Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
- Work on ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.
- Create and manage Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
- Develop workflows and automate business processes.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.
- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, or CMDB.
- Knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Workflows.
- Understanding of REST APIs and integrations.
