Key Responsibilities

- Greet and engage customers, identifying their needs and providing personalized product recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and current promotions.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment on the sales floor.
- Ensure the sales floor is well‑organized, visually appealing, and adheres to merchandising standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, issues, and returns professionally and efficiently.
