Wiser Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for LATAM based in Mexico to own the portfolio from onboarding to renewal, ensuring measurable value from our Market Intelligence, LPC and PI tools.

You will lead renewals, identify upsell opportunities, coordinate with Account Executives, run QBRs, and maintain data integrity in Salesforce, while building executive relationships with retailers and brands across Mexico.
