Job DescriptionInsight General is looking for two Implementation Consultants (General Ledger) to join the team full-time at one of our largest HCM clients remotely in Mexico.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working on the implementation team and representing the General Ledger module throughout the end-to-end implementation lifecycle.
The person will conduct the following activities:Manage all aspects of the GL implementation process, which includes collaborative consultation with the client, requirements definition, solution design, guided configuration, unit and integration testing, training, and full deploymentApply functional and technical expertise to effectively execute requirementsPartner with client project managers and executives throughout the implementationEngage specific client contacts, such as Controllers, Accountants, and Financial Officers, to complete analysis of client-specific GL posting requirementsConsult and advise clients through the implementation process on best practices that maximize value and return on investmentCollaborate with the project team, internal partners, external clients, and third parties to ensure a successful deliveryEffectively manage multiple projects and clients at the same time with multiple competing priorities, and to coach others to work effectivelySkills and RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Accounting5+ years of software implementation experience,



with a focus on accounting preferredPractical knowledge of accounting and payroll, production environment, and implementation practicesExperience with software in a SaaS/Cloud environment with a focus on HCM.Specific experience with Payroll modules within Workday, Ultimate, Lawson, or ADP is strongly desired.Ability to manage multiple client priorities and meet deadlinesStrong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skillsExperience documenting requirements, issues, and outcomesProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skillsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
