Key Responsibilities

- Negotiate purchase agreements and facilitate smooth closing processes.

- Stay abreast of market trends, property laws, and industry best practices.

- Manage property listings, ensuring accurate and appealing presentation across all platforms.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Advisor, preferably in a high-end market.
- Deep knowledge of the Cancún real estate market and surrounding areas.
- Excellent negotiation, sales, and customer service skills.
- Strong understanding of real estate contracts, legalities, and closing procedures.
- Proficiency in CRM software and real estate listing platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish; English proficiency is a strong asset.
- Ability to work independently and manage a demanding schedule.
- Valid real estate license or relevant certifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or a related field is preferred.
