Remote | B2B | Full-time | International FMCG ProjectWe are looking for a Project Coordinator to join an ongoing international RGM implementation for a large FMCG client.The role will focus on one of the most important areas of the programme: coordinating integrations between the RGM platform, SAP and surrounding systems.This is a good fit for someone who combines project coordination skills with a solid understanding of IT integrations and SAP environments.
We are not looking for a purely administrative PMO profile — the role requires hands-on coordination of interfaces, dependencies, testing, defects and communication across multiple technical and functional teams.About the projectThe project involves the implementation of a Revenue Growth Management (RGM) solution for a large FMCG organisation operating in Mexico.The platform supports areas such as trade promotions, commercial terms, pricing and trade investment planning and settlement.A significant part of the programme is the integration layer connecting the RGM solution with:SAP ECC / S/4HANAcustomer and product master datahierarchies and pricing conditionsorders and invoicespromotion accruals and settlementsCRM and distributor systemssell-out and market data sourcesdata warehouse and reporting solutionsThe project is already underway, so you will be joining an established international team and taking over an existing integration backlog, interface register, documentation and open dependencies, rather than building the process from scratch.The planned go-live is in Q******, followed by approximately three months of hypercare, with a possibility of further extension.Your responsibilitiesYou will coordinate the integration workstream and ensure smooth collaboration between business, functional and technical teams.Your responsibilities will include:maintaining and coordinating the interface register and integration dependenciestracking actions,



owners, deadlines and open topics across teamscoordinating activities between SAP, RGM and other technical teamssupporting the planning and coordination of SIT and UATtracking defects and coordinating their resolution across relevant teamsmonitoring the integration backlog and project dependenciespreparing status updates and highlighting risks, blockers and delayssupporting effective communication across a geographically distributed, multi-vendor project environmentWhat we're looking forAt least 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, PMO or Junior Project Manager in IT projectsPractical experience in integration projects, including coordination of interfaces and dependencies between systemsGood understanding of SAP ECC or S/4HANA integration environmentsFamiliarity with concepts and technologies such as IDoc, APIs and middlewareExperience coordinating SIT/UAT testing and defect managementVery good command of English and SpanishExperience with project tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps, Excel and scheduling toolsAbility to work on a B2B contractAvailability to work during the client's business hours in the Mexico Central Time zoneNice to haveExperience in the FMCG / CPG industryKnowledge of trade promotions, trade spend or commercial conditionsExperience with RGM / TPM platforms, such as Salesforce or VisualfabriqKnowledge of SAP Integration Suite / CPI / BTPExperience working in international, geographically distributed and multi-vendor projectsContract: B2BLocation: 100% remoteStart: ASAP, preferably November ****Duration: until go-live in Q****** + approx.
