Softtek is seeking a GRC Data & Process Analyst to join our cybersecurity-focused operations. You will analyze, remediate, and govern GRC data within ServiceNow IRM, ensuring data quality across multiple sources and producing reliable reports and dashboards for leadership.

The role requires hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC, strong Excel capabilities, and a solid background in risk, controls, and compliance. Excellent documentation skills and communication are essential.
