Acuity Inc. is seeking a Production Operations Leader in Monterrey to guide Cell Leaders, develop talent, and optimize manufacturing processes.

You will coordinate growth plans, foster a constructive work environment, and ensure production plans and KPI targets are met while maintaining safety and quality standards. Ideally, you have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 3–5 years leading manufacturing teams, and strong Excel skills.
