Requirements

- B.S. degree in Engineering or Business Management Bachelors’
- Experience in Automotive Industry (3-5 years)
- Project Management Experience (PMP Certification desirable)
- Experience in customer interfacing
- High level of analytical ability and interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel as required
- Problem Solving
- Self-starter, ability to work with little direction
- Proficient in English

Responsibilities

- Own and communicate the master timing schedule
- Ensure that project schedules are established, up to date, & accurate
- Drive attainment of flawless launch metrics
- Manage project cost book developing gap closure plans as required
- Conduct gate reviews on time
- Ensure that design reviews are held on time
- Ensure that project information is established and up to date
- Lead and facilitate project risk management activities
- Handle all communication to the customer regarding project deliverables
- Responsible for collecting expenses made by BWI and suppliers.
- Communicate to the team members their action items regularly.
- New Product Introduction Management
