Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and **escalate** complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Provide product/service information clearly and accurately.
- Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and service processes.
- Important for Latin America: U.S. residency and work permits are not required.

Requirements

- Fluent English (spoken and written) — required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or BPO environments preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace (remote role).
